Original owners Chef John and his wife Susan Maranda have been established in the catering industry for 30 years. Their culinary expertise and high standards have created an outstanding reputation in SWFL.
In 2007, Valerie Bachman joined Maranda’s Catering. Working alongside the Marandas, Valerie’s proficiency in culinary and service brought a new element to the team.
After many successful years together and John and Susan’s retirement, Valerie proudly acquired full ownership of the business she helped grow in an industry she loves.
